Refund boundary
Flow boards are digital goods. This page sets out clearly when a refund applies and when it does not.
Current payment status
Payment provider pending. No payment is collected at this time — checkout stays open only to reserve your flow credits until a provider is connected.
Because no payment is collected yet, there is nothing to refund at this time. The boundary below will apply once a payment provider is connected.
When a refund applies
- A board file fails to deliver and the studio cannot supply a working file within a reasonable period.
- You were charged the wrong USD amount for a board or flow-credit pack.
- Duplicate charges for the same order.
When a refund does not apply
- Flow credits that have already been spent to render and export a board.
- A change of mind after a board file has been delivered, since the goods are digital and non-returnable.
- A board not matching an expectation of advice — the studio supplies visual boards only and does not provide professional advice.
How to raise a refund request
Email support@ktbusiness.shop with your reservation reference. All refunds, where due, are issued in USD ($) to the original method once payments are enabled.
